Babies' First Leather

On Sunday the twins went to the Folsom Street Festival, San Francisco's premier leather and S&M festival. There was plenty to see and things you did not need to see, but the twins were welcomed and left before it got too rowdy.

Navi is lifting himself up where ever possible. He especially loves the dining room table and chairs where he gets stuck and cries for his daddies to rescue him. Ada is not far behind.

Navi upgraded to a new car seat today and had his first nap in it right after swim class.

It was a day like any other day. And the twins seemed like any other pair of twins.Until it happened. "ATTACK!" And they climbed and tackled down their daddy.Ada, the 50 foot woman, pinned him down and made her daddy promise to give them plenty of kisses and hugs. And as quick as it all happend they were quick to get away.

One Tooth Smile

Cranky, fussy babies. Ada is getting her second tooth and Navi is growing two more!!

Home-Made Drum

Navi likes to drum on all sorts of surfaces and his new drum. The daddies are collecting more formula containers to make a drum set.

Keeping Em' Busy In The Morning

Navi and Ada were hoping to go into the kitchen and chase rabbits, but an unsupervised kitchen is no place for curious bugs.

Ada poses with pride as to say, "I rule over my big brother!" She likes to climb on top of Navi and laugh while he cries - oh and pull his hair as well.

Here they are going through our movie collection. Question is, who is the ring leader? Believe it or not, Ada, she's the one who figured out how to open the door on the tv stand.

Mangos, Rice Cakes and Salmon Oh My!

Salmon for the papas and salmon for the twins. The twins took a plunge today and tried three different foods. Navi loved the salmon and Ada enjoyed the rice cakes. Surprisingly Navi made the funniest face eating his mango.

The Neighbourhood Playground

As daddy Quique kept his eye on Ada, who kept crawling away, he turned and found Navi eating a banana, squeezing the food out with his teeth.

There's Always Good Food In Salinas

Abuelita Yolanda feeding Navi and Ada blood peach, picked from the tree behind her.Ada enjoyed the juice from an apple, again picked from Abuelita's garden.

Navi took real bites out of the apple with his two bottom teeth and did very well in eating what he took off.

Isabella (Bella) was visiting from Arkansas for the week and stopped by to meet her cousins for the first time.

ps. Daddy Quique had chilaquiles for breakfast and quesadillas made with Oaxacan cheese for lunch!

Monkey See Monkey Do

The twins are now fascinated with anything they see their daddies holding or fidgeting with. Including daddy Quique's water canteen, they love to play with it. Everything they can grab now goes in their mouth, including: grass, tile grout, Mexican paitings, Naomi's toes, kitty condo rug pieces, sandals, bank brochures, Tecate beer cans (un-opened), rabbit food, Nonna's watch, and many many more should-not-be-placed-in-your-mouth items.

Ada hung out in the backyard today with daddy Quique while daddy Jason and Navi went to Berkeley to handle some business, on daddy Quique's day off!

A Wonderful Sunny Day

Today we went to the Marina Green and Navi had such fun laughing at dogs playing on the beach and birds bathing in puddles or water. We even saw a car commercial being filmed for the new VW GTI, it looked pretty neat.

Keeping Up With The Lopezjoneses

Navi is quite the little explorer and bunny chaser. Daddy Jason says he looks like a legless zombie dragging himself every which way. The Picture up top: maybe he saw his bottle and went for it!?!
