More Birthday Party Fun

 The birthday invitations are coming in and here's another the twins were excited to attend. Their classmate Siena held her party at House of Air, a trampoline gym. Right after school Friday they headed over to the Presidio to celebrate.

Two hours of jumping, this was a great way to tire out children. Their favorite game to play was trampoline dodge ball.

Birthday Party Fun

 The twins attended their classmates Serafina's birthday party in Sunnyside Playground on a really beautiful day. Almost all of their classmates were there.

The party was old school, with a potato sack race...

Tug-o-war and many other fun games which the kids competed in and earned points. There was a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place at the end of the party. Ada won the top prize and received a gift card, which she is excited to spend.

Dinner Outing

One night this week the Lopezjoneses decided to go out to dinner. Unfortunately that morning PapaJason did not feel well and Ada did not want to go out to dinner. So DaddyQuique and Navi kept their reservation and joined UncleDoug for tapas. Navi loved the croquetas and the chorizo flatbread.

Bedtime for Twins

So, this is the way the twins have slept in their room for the past two nights - in hammocks. The dads suppose if their comfortable why not.

Calcio

For this weekend's soccer games DaddyQuique accompanied Navi to his game. DaddyQuique also had to be the sideline referee and from doing that realized how good of a player Navi was. Last week Navi scored 4 goals, this game he scored 2. The whole time the opposing team's coach kept calling to her players to watch Navi, to follow him, and to not allow him to take the ball down the field. Go Navi!!!

Surprise Birthday Party

The twins headed to Sacramento for a surprise birthday party for their AuntTosha. They were happy to see their cousins Elio and Ave there.

Right away they took over the second floor bar and made it their playground.

After their first round of drinks they had to convince the bar tender for their second Shirley Temple. Luckily the bar tender knew her craft and did not serve the kids until parental approval.

UncleTodd was happy to host everyone at his bar. The twins and their cousins had a wonderful time.

Soccer Season Begins

Soccer season is off to a start. Navi and Ada both had games at 8am in different parts of the city. Ada was out in the Avenues, her team merged with another team. Now that they are older their soccer games require more players on the field and the games run for a longer time. Go Roars!

After soccer the twins went out of brunch with some visitors from Colorado who were staying with them for the weekend.

Skipping Traffic

Monday morning DaddyQuique and Navi headed out of Huntley Mill at 8:00am to avoid the Burning Man traffic back to the bay area. They got in just before 11am, had a quick lunch and went out to enjoy the day. Starting with soft-serve.

Then they walked to Corona Heights to take a little hike and rock climbing. It was a beautiful day.

Afterwards they stopped for a little refreshment in the Castro before heading home to greet PapaJason and Ada who left Huntley Mill mid morning and arrived to SF 4 hours later.

Labor Day Camping 2018

Ada, Navi and PapaJason headed up to Huntley Mill Thursday morning to start their camping weekend. Lots of the regulars came, even UncleHeather all the way from New Mexico.

This year there were A LOT of kids about. And the best part of it all was that Ada, Navi and their cousins would disappear for the entire day and would show up back at camp around dinner time. Camping only gets better every year.
