Our First Fort

A Babyshower for lil' Adriani

Over the weekend the twin's hosted their Zia Alisa's baby shower. Ada made a new friend, but is still learning what it means to play with others.

Bedtime Stories

Abuelita and their Visabuelita came to visit for a couple days, they have not seen the twins in weeks! Abuelita showed navi how to dance, hopefully we can get video of that soon.

Lunch In Marin

After the twins' swim lessons we have been making it a routine to go out foor lunch. Nonna joined us on this lunching and had great pleasure sharing her lunch with them. The pediatrician said they can eat everything now, except nuts and honey.

Weekend At Nonna's

Nonna and Zia-Nonna took the kids for the weekend while the daddies put the house back together after the construction inside the house is coming to completion. Outside is another matter.Navi and Ada had a tupperware party. Unfortunately for Ada she got stuck.

More Room To Play

The play area has gone from a restricted area... to the entire living room and dining room. The stairs' access has been restricted since Navi has decided he wants to see the construction above.

Nine Month Check Up

Navi - 22lbs 10oz, 8 teeth, likes salmon and pears, can cruise along furniture, his favorite book is the Wheels On The Bus.
Ada - 20lbs 13oz, 4 theeth, likes cooked greens and bread, can high five/ten, her favorite book is Where The Wild Things Are.

Puerto Rico - Parte Cinco, FIN

Thank you to all the family, and new friends, for helping with the twins. The daddies enjoyed the free time, 'refreshing' their thirst in excess, snorkling, diving, body surfing, swimming, and doing nothing. Cheers!

The twins also went swimming in the Caribbean waters.They were very curious about the surf. And did not seem to mind the salt in the water.

They did not seem to mind the afternoon showers either. Here they are in the openair courtyard of the villa playing in the rain.

Family portrait after lunch.There was plenty of family to feed the twins. Navi especially loved the pastelitos, a yuca or plantain dough stuffed with chicken and steammed in a banana leaf.Ada sported curly hair at times when the humidity was high, the temperatures were 90 during the days and 80 at nights.

Puerto Rico - Parte Uno

Our trip started with a stop at JFK for dinner.Once at our destination the kids went straight into the pool.We brought plenty of clothes for them, but they preferred to be in diapers he entire week. And when they were not in diapers, they were in the pool naked, at least 4 times a day.
