It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas...

It was time to put up the tree at the Lopezjones home. The twins were very excited to start.
With four people helping the tree was done in no time. PapaJason chose a wonderful tree and with all the decorations on it looked spectacular.
On the walk home from school one day Ada spotted a diferrent kind of tree. A Christmas tree made of bread at a local bakery.

Family Outing

On a slow Sunday morning the Loezjoneses decided to go out for lunch and then take a walk at the Moraga/16th Ave. steps.
It was a beautiful and great work out.
And the views were spectacular.
Everyone enjoyed the walk, even it was a little bit cold.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! The twins were up in Squaw celebrating with family. They were very happy to be up there playing with all their cousins.
The next day, as is now their tradition, everyone headed to Kingvale Rd. for Christmas trees. The road was full of sno and none of the cars could make it through so in everyone walked and out they all dragged a tree.

Super Moon

Ada and Navi missed the main night of the super Moon, but were still awed by the moon rising a few days later.

Gilroy Gardens

Ada and Navi finally made it to Gilroy Gardens, after several attempts ruined by rain.
The theme park was decorated with Chinese art. Marky joined in on the fun and was excited to see the twins.

And Marky was not afraid of any of the rides. This particular ride was a spinning garlic that went around in circles and everyone loved the fast spinning. He was able to ride most of them except one or two.
The car ride was fun. Both Ada and Navi felt they were practicing to drive in the future.
Even Abue and P'ete got in on the driving.
Both Ada and Navi's favorite ride was the mushroom swings. The center of the ride would rise and tilt and spin.
Emigdio and his wife, who live in Girloy, joined the family on the outing. A family picture was captured, even if Navi was doing his best pose it is still a good picture.
Before calling it a day there were a few more rides to do. The mushroom ride or course, the driving ride...
And the very last one was the Banana Split. Navi loved the zero gravity feeling of the ride as did Ada!

Overnight Guests

PapaJason's cousin Bryan was in the bay area with his wife and his 8 month old son Eddy and stopped by the Lopezjoneses for dinner and an overnight. They were in town for a football game in the eastbay.
Navi and Ada met their new cousin. And both were very curious about the baby.
Eddy was very happy to get the attention.
It was a wonderful evening for everyone.
Navi and Bryan, PapaJason's cousin from Grandpa's side. Nonna and Grandpa made it over for dinner. It was a great little family gathering.
