A Few More Pictures From Mexico

 At Playa Las Gatas the twins tried out a bit of snorkeling. They were able to see some fish close to shore.

 Navi ventured out into the water with PapaJason and with his goggles was able to dip his head in and see even more sea creatures.

 Including spotted rays.

Both enjoyed playing freely in the pool, which was well deserved for all their hard work at swim class.

The Final Day

One last night out for dinner on the town.
The coconut that was promised at the beginning of the trip.
And finally one last dip in the warm water.

Making Friends

Last night Ada finally warmed up to the other friendly guest at the hotel. She played pretend waiter and served ashtray sand and flower cakes to guest. Everyone was so happy to finally hear Ada talk.
This morning Navi played the piano while Ada danced. The twins have been doing quite a bit of bonding on this vacation.

Day Excursion

The twins headed out of town today to tour a wild life refuge. Afterwards it off to Playa Blanca for lunch. The waves were a little too big for the twins, but the beach front restaurant had delicious food (and cheap), hammocks and two pools. Ada & Navi had a great afternoon.

Lots To Do & See

Walking through town last night the twins stumbled into a church. The crucified Jesus scared Navi a little.
The main center of Zihutanejo is quaint with pedestrian friendly streets.
But what the kids love most, besides the food, is playing in the water and sand.

Life's A Beach

Today was a day to relax at the beach. The daddies did most of the relaxing. Ada & Navi were all over the beach and in the water. The food was good too, the twins have been enjoying fish tacos.

Activities

Hat making, chowing down, snorkeling, and family dinners.

Buenos Dias

The twins were ready early this morning to take a boat ride across Zuhuatanejo Bay to Playa Las Gatas. They are excited about having a babysitter while the daddies go scuba diving. Ada asked if the babysitter's name will be Linda.

New Fashions

Ada was all about her new dress today. The weather is in the high 80's so this was perfect. But there was something missing... so off to town to find a sun hat. The color was a compramise for both daddies.

Tuesday Outing

The twins went to the beach today, and what a day for the beach it was.
After the beach, a dip in the pool.

Guess Who Was In The Neighborhood

 Due cugini were in town and the weather could not have been any more perfect. After a morning at the park everyone sat outside cracking and eating walnuts.

Ada liked babysitting cugina Ave. 

Navi, Elio, and Ada always have fun when they're together.

Learning New Ways To Eat

 Living in San Francisco one is offered in array of food from different cultures. So the twins will one day have to learn to eat with chopsticks.

With trainer chopsticks, raisins and a variety of nuts they had their first try.  They both did well, but still need plenty of practice before they move on to dim sum with chopsticks.

One More Surprise

 After a birthday outing, there was a little surprise at home...

 A birthday cake of course.

 And gifts from the grandparents. A t-shirt from Zihuatanejo from Abue and Abuelito.

Snow shoes from Nonna and Grandpa and many more...

Look Who Turned Four!

 Ada & Navi celebrated their birthday with an outing downtown.

 Some family decided to tag a long.

 It was a fun walk downtown.  The twins had a great time showing Nonna, PapaJason, ZiaNonna, Abue, Abuelito and Linda their usual walking route downtown.

 This all lead tow the bowling alley where Noah and his family joined in on the fun.

 Afterwards, it was a walk through SoMa to the pizza parlor.  Noah brought some fun gifts for the twins to unwrap.

It was a fun start to their birthday.
