A Day At The Amusement Park

 Ada, Navi, Benji and Alex spent a day at Six Flags Magic Kingdom with DaddyQuique and PapaJason.

 Ada and Navi were very brave and enjoyed riding ALL the rides they were tall enough to ride.

 Benji was a bit more cautious and chose his rides carefully.

 Somewhere up there was PapaJason, Navi, Alex and Ada. Benji and DaddyQuique watched from the ground.

Even with a 'kid ride' Benji was not the adrenaline junkie the twins are turning out to be.  Through out this ride Benji begged Ada and Navi not to turn the ride too fast.

Ada loved one ride in particular.  She alone did the ride, Benji and Navi sat out of this one.

 Everyone had such a good time.

Even when they were not able to ride, they still had fun watching.

Salinas Overnight

 The twins were in Salinas again and the fruit trees were ready for picking.

 Ada and Navi spent the night and were off to Gilroy the next day to meet up with Alexis and Benji.

 The Lopezjones' met Abuelita, P'ete, TioLeo, Alex and Benji a the Gilroy Garlic Festival. All the kids took on a project with real tools and materials.

 Navi and Benji made a picture frame and Ada made a doll crib.

Benji and Alex will be joining the twins at their house for an entire week.

Last Day Of Zoo Camp

All the twins would share about their day is that they rode the train. Until next year ZooCamp.

Day Four: Zoo Camp

It took some work for these two to tell what they did today, but after further questioning Navi said, "Ada's going to have a baby in her tummy, but not me because I'm a boy." The twins learned that babies come from girls and not boys. Further discussion at dinner on this topic will be fun.

Day Three: Zoo Camp

Today it was hard to get a straight answer on what the twins did at camp. Navi says he had three snacks and both say they played games. What games? They don't know even though they asked to play 'Duck, Duck - Goose' after lunch.

Day Two: Zoo Camp

The twins learned about metamorphosis today. Ask Ada to explain it and there's a egg to tadpole to frog routine with her explanation. 

First Day Of Zoo Camp

Ada and Navi attended ZooCamp at the San Francisco Zoo. When asked how it went Navi's response was, "They only gave us one snack!" Well, DaddyQuique will have to make sure to give them a large snack in the morning before the start of ZooCamp. Both had fun and are excited to return the next day.

Birthday Party

 Over the weekend the twins attended a birthday party for PapaJason's friends son who turned 8. It was a fund party with lots of kids to keep the twins busy.

 Piñata time was exciting. Ada was second in line according to age.

Navi was third and busted the piñatas head off. The twins had a super fun time.  Happy Birthday Ben.

SF Zoo

The twins went to the zoo the other day and with no more naps they were able to stay an few extra hours and walk the entire zoo.

 A new exhibit was the highlight of the outing.

 Using the natural materials the twins built a nest and a shelter.

It was quite impressive what they produced, with a little help from daddy.

Ada took the role of leader and directed all the construction.

It was a fun long day.

New Swim Coach

Ada and Navi have a new swim coach on their new Tuesday afternoon swim class. The swim coach remembers the twins when they first started classes.  Their class went very well.

The next day, cloudy weather and all, the twins were able to ride their bicycles.  It took a trek across the city to find a spot and it was perfect.

Salinas

Over the weekend the twins went to Salinas for an overnight. The blackberries were done for the season and many of the fruits were not ripe yet. There were a few ripe apricots Abue and Abuelito had left on the tree for Ada and Navi to pick, which they did and ate.

Their cousin Jaden was having a 1st birthday/baptism party. There was distant family meeting the twins for the first time. Everyone's first question about the twins was, "do they speak Spanish?" The answer was a proud yes. 

A Week With Ave & Elio

 Here's a few pictures sent from the twins' week up in Tahoe.

 Elio and the twins attended day camp while they were there.

 ZiaAlisa and ZioLuca had many fun outings for them all.

Including a day of riding a horse.

This Week

After the 4th of July camping weekend the twins stayed in the Sierra Mountains with the Adrianis.

Word is that Elio is super excited to have Navi and Ada stay with him for the week and I'm sure Ave will have lots to smile about the next few days. No word yet from either twin on a day camp they are attending.

Last Week

 For their summer vacation the twins needed a little change in their usual outings.  Pier 39 provided the perfect entertainment.  Such as the musical piano stairs.

 The two story carousel, they chose the second story.

 They enjoyed it so much, but the fun at Pier 39 was kept to under two hours, parking was free with a coupon.

Afterwards it was a newly built playground in Lafayette Park.

 It really was worth the visit.  It's an expansive multiple play structure space.

 With a little something for every age.

 There was so much to keep the twins busy and playing all day.
