Family Fun Run

Sunday morning the Lopezjoneses went out for a family run. DaddyQuique had just finished a wonderful bubble bath and exfoliation right when it was decided the event of the day was going to be a run, so he walked. But first a stretch.

They headed out to the outskirts of the city to McLaren Park.

There are wonderful trails and you really feel like your away from the busy city.

With all the trees and a blue sky it made for a really fun run.

 PapaJason and the twins ran just under 3 miles.

 The run ended with a little more stretching. Or for Navi a long rest.

Ada thought the run was great. She felt so good she wanted to show her backbend with a flip.

After the run the twins decided they wanted sushi boat. Their regular place was in the complete opposite side of town from the run, but because both Ada and Navi did SOOO well on the run (no complaints at all), the dads decided they earned it.
